The Summer School will be held on the beautiful campus of Princeton University. On-campus lodging in air-conditioned shared rooms with same-gender shared bath facilities is available to all participants(1).
Breakfast, lunch and dinner meal plans are available to all participants. Participants may also choose to make arrangements to stay and dine at area hotels and restaurants.
(1) Summer school dormitory facilities are reserved for non-Princeton participants.
Arrival and Orientation/Welcome Reception: The summer school will begin with an orientation and welcome barbeque on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at 6:30pm. Staff will be available from 1pm - 5pm prior to the reception for check in to dormitory rooms. All participants (including students) who wish to arrange for early arrival on Saturday June 13 will be billed the additional lodging fee.
Class Schedule: Classes will be held from Monday, June 15, 2020 through Friday, June 19, 2020.
Summer School Celebration Dinner: All lecturers and participants are invited to a Summer School Celebration Dinner on Thursday evening, June 18.
The final class will end Friday, June 19 at 5:30pm.
Departure and Check Out: Dormitory check out is Friday, June 19. Participants (including students) who wish to arrange for late checkout on Saturday June 20 will be billed the additional lodging fee.
Dormitory: $69.00 per night. (Dormitory arrangements are available for check in on Sunday 6/14, check out on Friday 6/19). *Participants (including US grad students) who wish to arrange for early arrival on Saturday 6/13, and/or for late departure on Saturday 6/20 will be billed for the additional lodging fee.
Meals: (Meal arrangements are available 6/15-6/19).
Breakfast: $11.95 per day; Dinner: $22.00 per day;
Lunch: Cost of Mon - Fri lunch is included in Registration Fee for only grad students (both US and non-US institutes).
All participants are invited to attend the Welcome and Celebration dinners on June 14 and June 18 respectively (without additional cost).
Registration (non refundable after May 8, 2020):
$100 - All graduate students (both US and Non-US institutes).
$150 - Research/teaching staff of US academic institutions and government agencies.
$350 - All other participants (industry staff, research/teaching staff of international institutions)
All non-Princeton University graduate students who are enrolled at U.S. academic institutions will receive supports sufficient to cover the expenses for up to 5 nights of dormitory lodging (check in Sunday June 14, check out Friday June 19) and all meals from June 15 to June 19, 2020. Students who wish to arrive early on Saturday June 13 or/and leave later on Saturday June 20 may arrange to do so and will be billed the additional lodging fee not covered.
Admitted attendees will receive an email with a link for credit card payment by April 17 (payment deadline April 27).
